Greetings to all and God’s blessings for the New Year!

 Well it’s rally time again!! And we hope that you have plans to attend.

We may think that those few people who are ordained or certified are called and sent to do God’s work... and they are. But we are all called through Jesus Christ to be in a life changing relationship to God, challenged to avail ourselves to being equipped through the relationships we have and the intentional instruction we might receive, and sent to encounter people wherever we find ourselves throughout the week.

You are not “just a layman”, and what you do is not “just a job”. Your everyday life may not always seem exciting, but God is there. You are a child of God sent to make a difference in the lives of people by how you live your life.

The theme for the 2012 WNCC United Methodist Men’s Rally at Lake Junalusaka is Called! Equipped! Sent! It’s about becoming “honest to goodness” disciples of Jesus Christ. The third step in that process is to live out God’s call in our life--wherever we might be. I hope you, your friends, and the men in your family and congregation consider joining us on April 27^th – April 29th. Together we’ll continue to consider God’s call in our lives, be equipped for the ministries God has for us, and to be sent to, well, who knows where. The One, who calls, equips sends you does.

Please join us in a high-spirited, engaging and yes, fun weekend. We‘ve added some trophy awards to the golf outing this year.
